The Presidents Trophy or in short PRESTRO is scheduled for 30 December 2009. A Wednesday. It is on our normal weekly golf game and almost end of the year. The Committee has emerged with a few plans, in this case referred to as packages and options. When it comes to Packages it means the number of days you intend to stay, the number of days you intend to golf and whether you intend to join in the Barbeque. There are 4 packages in all, Package 1 to Package 4. The Options are your options for accommodation from arranging for your own own accommodation to taking the Family Apartment. Details are as stated in the Summary posted below.
The Committee has requested that members confirm early - more to ensure the availability of accommodation at the PDGCC. As at 18 Nov 09, 25 members has confirmed their participation. There are 14 wives attending so far. The Committee hopes that more will confirm and wives are encouraged to come along. There will be a BBQ at the PDGCC Poolside on the night of 29 Dec 09 and the presence of our wives would definitely add colour and merriment on that night.
So take your pick. Get in touch with RHM to confirm your participation. - 2D1N or 2D1N or 3D1N. Your choice.
