KEJUARAAN SETIAKAWANGOLF ANNUAL CHAMPIONSHIP DAN GOLFER OF THE YEAR PADA 16 JANUARI 2013 DI STAFFIELD COUNTRY RESORT


 
Kejuaraan SACHA dan SEGOY bagi tahun 2012 telah diadakan di Staffield Country Resort pada 16 Januari 2013. Memang lazim nya kita adakan pertandingan ini pada bulan Januari untuk tahun sabelum nya. Kali ni penyertaan seramai 52 orang.
Yang layak menyertai ialah 70 orang, kita anggarkan seramai 68 akan menyertai.
 
Rupanya hanya 52 orang je yang dapat turut serta. Itu pun bagi SEGOY seramai 23 orang dari 24 yang layak. Juara tahun 2011, Dato Mokhtar Perman tidak dapat hadir. Bagi SACHA seramai 29 orang je. Keseluruhan 52 orang. Kesemua nya layak untuk SACHA tapi hanya 23 orang je layak untuk SEGOY.
Tak kurang hebat suasana dan semangat dikawasan Staffield. Kesemua mencuba sebaik boleh. Macam biasa banyak kelohan dan sorakan kedengaran. Gak nya yang ada 3-1-1 tu lebih kuat bunyi nya.


 


 

 

 
 

 

 


 

 


 
 


Majlis Penyampaian hadiah di adakan di Peppers di kelab tu.
 Didahului oleh makan tengah hari.
 
 
 Sambil makan sambil bercerita. Suasana keriangan.
 
Tertunggu keputusan yang sedang di kira. Vice Captain Dato Tairobi memberi penerangan berkaitan Skedul Aktibiti Setiakawan untuk tahun 2013.
 Beliau ingatkan bahawa skedul tu secara am dan masih perlu ditetapkan tarikh tetap nya. Tapi tak akan berubah banyak. Beliau juga menerangkan Senarai Ahli Setiakawan 2013 yang telah diedarkan hari tu. Terdapat seramai 115 ahli. Ahli Biasa seramai 61 dan Ahli Kasual seramai 54 orang.  Dato Presidente dijemput memberi ucapan,
 
Akhirnya Kol Mutalib menjelma dan membawa keputusan kepada DatoPresidente untuk makluman. Seterusnya Kol Ramli Kinta pengacara majlis meneruskan acara.
 

Tahniah Dato Nawi Alias kerana menjadi Champion SEGOY.
Pada mula pertandingan dia ditempat kedua dengan 4,800 points. 200 point dibelakang Dato Tairobi. Tapi Dato Tairobi hancus maka Dato Nawi jadi champion. Deputy Champion lak ialah Dato Khalid Saad. Pada mula pertandingan dia nombor 6 dengan 4000 points. Selepas diconggak dia dan Dato Nawi sama point – 9000. Tapi dia jatuh nombor 2 kerana OCB. Handicap dia 18 lebih dari Dato Nawi, 16. Assistant Deputy Champion ialah Kol Mohammad Abdullah dengan 8,800 point.

    Thank you John for posting some great pictures of SEGOY/SACHA.
    Nice pictures of ball sweep winners but I am wondering what had happened to handsome faces of the major SEGOY and SACHA winners?
    Congratulations to the organizing committee and the winners. I personally enjoyed the game, playing my best golf this year, striking a total of 7 pars though I missed few burdies.
    I have already set my target and started training to defend the SEGOY Trophy for 2013.

      I had problem with my camera, but resorted to borrowing a 'Samsung Tab' Ithink. Im still waiting for the pictures from the owner. Once I received it, I will post the photos.
      And yes Congrats on your achievement. And you've started training for next year? Wow. This should give incentives to the rest to start from now.

    I am having problem in making my comments with my iphone 4s. Not friendly at all.

    Once again congratulations to Dato Nawi for becoming SEGOY Champion and Dato Arshad for becoming SACHA champion. And congratulations to all participants who went home with an envelope in hands.

    I hope all members are aware of the qualifying systems for SEGOY and SACHA. Please do not grumble but play as much as possible to qualify.

    How I wish all skawangolf members open up the website to view and appreciate how much effort our blogger, John Hamzah, has sacrificed to post a very comprehensive report and great pictures of recent SEGOY/SACHA Skawangolf annual championship which is the climax of skawangolf activities for the year 2012.
    My highest respect for you John, despite your busy schedules and health condition you have contributed beyond the call of duty to Skawangolf.
